

For several years Peter Curtain, Managing Director and founder of Allerton Communications, has provided senior-level advice to listed and private companies across a range of sectors. Previously a director of two financial PR firms, he has led financial communications on several successful AIM fundraisings and listings. He is a member of the Recruitment and Marketing Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Peter was previously a senior business and financial journalist, as Business Editor of the Yorkshire Post and City Editor of Business AM. He has also worked in the trade Press. Peter practised as a solicitor after graduating in Law and Arts at the University of Melbourne.
Jennifer Thomas has extensive experience in the design, implementation and management of corporate communications campaigns. She was from 2002 to 2004 a Director then a Vice President (2005-07) at The Harbour Group, a Washington DC-based public relations and public affairs consultancy, where she managed campaigns for clients facing legislative, legal or regulatory challenges and other reputation crises.
Previously Jennifer worked for nearly 10 years as a journalist in Washington DC. From 1996 to 2000 she was a Reporter with Bloomberg News where she covered transport, her stories appearing in major US newspapers. Before this Jennifer was a writer in the Washington bureau of the St Petersburg Times of Florida. She has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
